Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 4–7 business days* after successful payment confirmation.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or public holidays*.
In case of high order volume, festivals, or unforeseen circumstances (weather, strikes, natural events), processing or delivery may be delayed. Customers will be informed via email or WhatsApp if there is a significant delay.
Shipping Locations
Domestic Shipping (India)
We ship across most locations in India.
Delivery availability depends on courier partner serviceability at the customer’s pin code.
International Shipping (If Applicable)
International shipping is available for selected countries.
Customs, duties, and import taxes (if any) are the responsibility of the customer* and are not included in the product or shipping price.

Other Cities & Rural Areas: 5–10 business days
International Orders
8–21 business days, depending on destination country and customs clearance.

Shipping Charges
Shipping charges (if applicable) are clearly mentioned at checkout* before payment.
Free shipping offers, if running, are subject to order value, location, and ongoing promotions.
International shipping charges are calculated based on weight, dimensions, and destination.
Courier Partners
Beevya works with trusted and reliable courier partners to ensure safe and timely delivery of your natural products like honey and ragi.
Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via SMS, WhatsApp, or email.
Packaging & Product Safety
All Beevya products are carefully packed* to maintain freshness, purity, and hygiene.
* Honey, ragi, and other food products are sealed and protected to avoid leakage or damage during transit.
Delayed, Lost, or Damaged Shipments
* If your order is delayed beyond the estimated time, please contact us.
In case of damaged or leaked packages, customers must share **unboxing photos/videos within 24 hours* of delivery.
We will investigate with the courier partner and provide a replacement or resolution* as per our policy.
Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping details.
If delivery fails due to incorrect address or unavailability of the recipient, re-shipping charges may apply.
